​Since 2001 Jim has gained extensive experience in many types of real estate transactions, from Residential, Commercial, Land Development to investment properties. Jim’s success is due to his attention to detail, strong work ethic and desire to exceed client expectations. He is committed to achieving client satisfaction and listening to his clients needs to find them the right property with a one on one approach.

It’s his goal to give you the information you need to make an informed decision – whether you’re a first time buyer, Business owner or you own multiple properties. You will find Jim’s determination and helpful nature a pleasure to work with.

Prior to his career in real estate, Jim had a successful career in Finance/Marketing with Mackenzie Financial. Jim Has a Strong Business Background with a BA From The University Of Western Ontario Major In Economics and has completed the Canadian Securities Course(CSC).

Jane Dolphin - ​Sales Representative

It was thirty-six years ago I became a resident of the Town of Markham and became devoted to promoting and caring for my hometown. With my husband Doug we had five children who grew up here and who still to this day live locally with their own children.
Twelve grandchildren later and my hometown officially becoming a city, I am still immersed in community events and enjoying life surrounded by my family as they raise their own families. Whether it is hockey, baseball, figure skating or recitals, you can likely find me cheering them on or celebrating one of my grandchildren’s latest success. I firmly believe in contributing to the community that has given my family a home over the last almost 4 decades. I also believe in sponsoring and giving back in whatever way possible I can.
I am passionate about helping others and actually started off my career as a Registered Nurse for 16 years before switching to become a Real Estate Agent. It felt like a natural transition as I could help families with major financial decisions and guide them with experience, knowledge and honesty. It also allowed me to immerse into the Markham community and meet some incredible families over the years. Most that have remained friends to this day.
My thirty-two years sales experience and passion for delivery extraordinary quality customer service has contributed to the success of my clients. I believe in personal, sincere, common sense approach when meeting a client and discussing their hopes for what amounts to a massive personal decisions that many make for their families. The research, organizing and communication skills that I bring to the table along with the many years of negotiation is my personal promise to you.

Patrick Tonelli - Sales Representative

Patrick was born and raised in Markham and is currently residing in Newmarket with his wife and two young children. Patrick attended the University of Guelph and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts; Economics degree in 2008. While attending University he also pursued his passion for aviation and graduated from the Waterloo Wellington flight centre as a commercial pilot and flight instructor.

Patrick has been a commercial pilot for the last 14 years, which has given him the unique opportunity to have lived in over a dozen cities throughout Canada and has travelled to over 100 cities throughout the world! This unmatched experience has allowed Patrick to explore various other housing markets and learn about the different marketing approaches used in other cities and countries. Patrick’s previous experience in aviation and the financial sector has taught him how to methodically simplify the complicated buying and selling experience for his clients as well as ensure it is a sound financial decision.
